• All products sold on MnsxShop are made-to-order and customized specifically according to your requests. As such, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any products once they are made.

2. Damaged Products

• We understand that damages may occur during the shipping process. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
• To file a claim for a damaged product, you must provide the following:

3. Replacement for Damaged Products

• Upon reviewing your claim, if we determine that the damage was caused during transit, we will offer a replacement for the damaged item at no additional cost.
• Replacements are subject to product availability. If the exact product is not available, we may offer an alternative of equal value.
• Please note that we cannot replace items for reasons other than shipping damage, as all products are customized to your specifications.
